Am going to apply to CES, now my name is Mukesh Madhav R S in all my educational documents and Mukesh Madhav Ragunathan Sripriya in my passport, have created profile with the passport name in CES. My doubt is should I prepare a same person affidavit and attach it or is this not an issue.
Found a few threads related to WeS, nothing for CES, so creating this.
Any guidance would be helpful.
