CES Assessment Requirement

I am hoping to have my qualifications assessed for CES.

Am I required to assess both my undergrad and post-grad degrees in order to meet express entry and IRCCrequirements? Or do i only need to assess my highest degree in order to claim the maximum CRS Points?

Would appreciate any helpful advise.
