Hi guys..

If I couldn't reach the issuer of the documents , can i submit the original.. do you think that they gonna returned to me latter on.

Hi there,

They ask for certified true copy because they keep the document, as simple as that.

I'm not sure if you have to explain that you are sending an original document through a Cover Letter, can anyone else confirm?

Never ever submit Original documents anywhere unless asked...

Many documents they accept from Notaries of that country.
