Certification of documents??

Dear all,

Could you please guide on:

If I am living in a different country than my country of nationality (origin) and if I send my documents by post for certification to my country of origin, do you see any problem??

Will it be an issue, why the certification was done in another country than a current country of residence??

[Because I am finding it difficult here (my current country of residence) because of language problem]
