Certification for HR Job in Canada

Hello,
My husband is in human resources in India. We are planning to move to Canada soon. Please suggest if he needs some specific certification for getting a HR job in Canada?

I do not have an answer but doubtful would be easy to find an HR job without any sort of HR certification even if just to transition from one country HR practices to those of Canada. If someone were applying for an HR job which person would you employ the Canada HR certified or an HR professional fresh off the plane with no experience of HR in Canada.
