i wud like to ask you who to get certifictes in university sealed envelop in india. whether noterized copies of certificates will servve the pupose. i will appericiate answers from seniors and candidates from india who have already submitted their documents to chc new delhi.

Some people able to get original transcripts in university sealed envelops from delhi university. Mine is from bangalore university applied with notarised copies only to pretoria. I know some who have done so & got visa from bufflo office.
