Certificate programs and work permit

Hello all,

I am considering to do a certificate program at NAIT Edmonton and my intention is to get a work permit so I can find employment to fund my living. Does CIC grant a work permit to students pursuing a certificate program?

Yes,
You'll be allowed to work for a maximum of 20 hrs a week while you're studying.
