I recently obtained my 4th Class Power Engineering certification, which is regulated by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), a provincial regulatory body in Ontario. Since Power Engineering is considered a skilled trade, am I eligible to claim the 50 points for a Certificate of Qualification under the Express Entry system?
