I am goona apply BCPNP, according to the PROGRAM GUID from pnp website, if applicants have certificate of qualification fom ITA, they will get bonus 4 points. Actually, I got level one apprentice certificate. But when I finished registration, the system did not give me that 4 points. Later, I just used friend's red seal certificate did it one more time, still no bonus points. So I am confused, how can I get it?
