certificate of no record of previous marriage ???

HI EVERYBODY,

Our visa office specific instructions for MANILA states that aside from providing birth certificates, baptismal certificates or other official document
confirming relationship (including all pages of Household Registries) for you and
each of your family members.

AND IN ALL CASES, YOU MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF NO RECORD OF PREVIOUS MARRIAGE.

my wife and I have been married for 20 years, I have a 20 year old single daughter, a 17 year old boy, and an 11 year old boy,

my question is, and i hope somebody can help me answer.

do i have to submit a certificate of no record of previous marraige for all of us, including my minor children?

does anybody's visa office instructions also contain this requirement?

"Proof of custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may
be removed from the jurisdiction of the court"

Is there a standard form to fill up for this? what documents do they accept as proof of custody and proof that they may be removed from their country of birth?

how to prove you have never been married in the past...???

I can only think of making a statutory declaration, the same as you do when you register a marriage

should be no need to do this for minors

no, no such requirement in my in-country instructions

lastly, proof of custody, etc, only applies if you are divorced or separated

The CENOMAR is only a Manila office requirement.

You, the principal applicant. They may wish them from any minors over 18. If you are unsure, send them an email the address is on the web site.

To all applicants from manila above 18, I got this reply from the canada embassy regarding my CENOMAR inquiry.

Dear Sir/Madam: This is in response to your e-mail below. Please be advised that the Certificate of No Record of Previous Marriage issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) must be submitted by the applicant, the spouse of the applicant, and all dependent children who are at least 18 years of age. Dependent children who are minors need not submit the said certificate. Yours sincerely,
