im submitting my full docs to cic manila, in d checklist i must include certificate of no previous marriage.
but i will get it after 2 weeks. now my plan is to submit it my doc now and to submit the certificate in later time. will they return my full application with out it?? manila applicants reply pls?

suggest you wait for it before submitting anything to embassy...

what is the meaning of "no previous marriege"?
If you never married, you passport should say it...does it make sense?
When you file application and you are single...and then mjust write you are single...
If you are married then you have to provide a certificate of marriege..i never heard "Not married" certificate.

Thanks

well its simple---- in canadian embassy manila if u are married then you have to produce marriage certificate if u declare in ur form that u are never married then you have to produce a certificate of no previous marriage. i think only cic manila do that. because its included in the checklist.

I file with cic manila also. I suggest you wait until you have your cenomar (cert of no previous marriage) to avoid any problems with cic manila. We don't know who is handling your file and he/she might not give considerations with your missing requirement. I believe it is better to be safe than sorry. I requested my cenomar thru the internet (e-census site) i think its faster but just check it our.

yes, ur probably right maybell... by the way how many months before you got ur approval? well in my case im currently working in canada for 8months now, im under cat 1.
