Has anyone been able to obtain the Certificate of No Criminal Convictions from the Public Security Bureau (PSB)?
I have contacted multiple PSB's and even the consulate and apparently they do not issue this for foreigners living in China, can't really find anything on google either.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
