It seems like you need to have this (CSQ) or to have applied for it in order to send in your PR Spousal Sponsor Visa applications but on the Québec gov. website, you seem to only get this if you are applying to work in QC if you are a foreign student. Can anyone help?

Do get confused, I don't rember wich forms, but at some point they will ask if you already got CSQ and if not ''when did you apply'' LEAVE these box blank.
