Topic : You recently made reservations for dinner at a very famous and expensive restaurant in town. However, the meal and the service were terrible. The restaurant manager was not available to solve the problem, so you left without a resolution.

Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with concern about food which served last night, it was a really bad experience.
The food served was not fully cooked,and if i talking about chapati was really too hard to eat .we generally came to your restaurant to make some special memory and yesterday was so special day for me and my wife.And it was really unpleasant experience.
If i am taking about service so it was also not good, I complained to the food server but he is not responding well and you were not there yesterday.
So here i want to suggest you that train your food server,I understand that mistake do happens.Hope that we enjoy food and your service whenever we come next time.
