hi there,

I took Celpip after 2014 so do i select celpip-g for express entry profile?
what is the certificate number from celpip?is the registration number?
it asks the date you receive the results? is that the day printed on the celpip official paper?

you are correct ,make sure you also include the PIN , in the help "? sign" there is guide how to write reg. number and pin number , both are required by them to validate your information
