Hi,

Should we send the official sealed envelope with my application? or should we open the envelope and send only the paper(without the envelope)?

Opening the sealed envelope voids your score report. I believe it says so either on the envelope itself or in one of the pdfs emailed to you by CELPIP.

the letter comes in a brown envelope, open this letter inside you will find another white envelope and a print out of your result for you reference , submit the white envelope , don't open it
