CELPIP or IELTS?

My husband is working in Montreal, Quebec and we are planning to apply for PR application. We are confused between CELPIP and IELTS? Can you please suggest one.

Hi,

I believe the only difference is that CELPIP computer based and IELTS is paper based. They are basically the same sort of English language exam.
So its either computer or paper...
