CELPIP-G - Writing & Speaking Preparation

Hi,

I just attempted sample test on CELPIP website. I scored approx. 92% in reading & listening section. Hence, I'm now not much worried about these sections. However, as scoring is not available for Writing & Speaking sections; hence I'm worried about them. Even the 2 practice tests sold on CELPIP website (for $30) are not evaluated for Writing & Speaking sections.

I'm most worried about speaking section, where I feel I need to be more focused. Can anyone please suggest any preparation tips for it? For writing, I'm planning to refer books on letter writing which we used to study in schools.

Hi Softwaretesting,

You are in the same boat as I am. I too have no clues on how the speaking and writing are scored. I am due to write my tests on Saturday, 13th Sep 2014.

As for the speaking, I am trying to practice and trying to eliminate, "Well", "uh" "er" etc from my speech. At least, for a start!
