I got ITA under CEC . Can you please tell me which documents I need to submit to proof blood relation with siblings ? I have reference letter from my company but my pay stubs have different company address and even on T4 . Does it causes any problem in processing my PR if I upload different company address on pay stubs .

find “Proof of relationship to a relative in Canada, status of a relative in Canada and residence status of a relative in Canada (including a brother or sister for the purpose of obtaining additional CRS points)”

Paystubs are not required. Check the link above. If you have T4s and NOAs you can attach that.
