My wife has has completed a total of 1860 hrs or 48 weeks of 30 hrs, since the time she started working as a supervisor. Is she now eligible to apply under CEC?

No. They max take 30h per week into consideration.

i.e. if you work 60 hours a week, they will only consider the first 30h.

So if you work 24 hours at one job and 10 hrs on another. Would that be considered by them

No, total hours per week is 30 hours. Doesn’t matter how many jobs you do

Honestly, it depends on his study & experience. He can avail maximum points, if he has a good score in Ielts or celpip.
