I was hired as a full-time employee, but employer gave me average 24hrs per week for first 3 months, then I have above 30 hours per week. He gave me an experience letter showing I am working as full time with an average of 30 hours per week since I was hired. Should I need to have explanation letter from my employer for first three month’s less hours?
