CEC Work experience afected by covid

Hi,
I couldn´t finish my one-year work experience on a skilled position because of covid (I was laid off/shortage of work). I worked 1562 hours but not full year (only 11 months). The condition says that candidates must have 1560 hours in 12 months (not less).
Can I still apply for PR? Is there any exception for this case (because of covid)?

You need 12 months of work experience. There are no exceptions due to COVID. So you need another month of work experience to qualify for CEC.

What kind of work permit did you hold and when did it expire? Are you still in Canada?
