if the applicant qualifies for more than two economic classes, then the order in which candidates would be invited are CEC - FSW - FST

I am just concerned about POF.... If it is CEC then don't have to show any funds.

yep for CEC , no need to show POF, but make sure to attach an LOE saying you have been invited under cec hence , no pof is required for your application
