cec steps explanation

hi guys,

I haven't applied for cec yet, but I'm curious right now about the steps of cec process, and HOW LONG each step takes NORMALLY.

I already did some Google search, and saw the list of steps, but couldn't find any info on how long each step takes if everything is processed normally without any problem.
