Good day friends

My questions are as below.
1.Can I change my job within a year if I get better remuneration with same NOC from a new employer?
2.Do we have to go through express entry route?can we not go through the paper-based application route?
3.Can anyone help with a draft of employment letters?
4.Can we leave Canada after submitting the application?

Thanks in advance

I'll help with a few questions.

1. Yes - you can change jobs.
2. Yes - you have to go the Express Entry route. This is the only option.
4. Yes - you can leave Canada after applying.

Good day friends

Hi - since you posted in the CEC forum, I will assume you are referring to CEC class applications (except where noted).

1.Can I change my job within a year if I get better remuneration with same NOC from a new employer?
There is no requirement under the CEC class that you remain with a single employer (or a single NOC) for a year.

2.Do we have to go through express entry route?can we not go through the paper-based application route?
All CEC applications are now managed under Express Entry. Non-EE PNP applications are still available, you can see if you are eligible here -

3.Can anyone help with a draft of employment letters?
Not 100% sure what you mean, but if you post your draft letter on the forum, people will offer advice.

4.Can we leave Canada after submitting the application?
Yes; there is no requirement to remain in Canada while the application is in process. However, if you were hoping to be eligible for a bridging open work permit, you should know that you will not be eligible if you leave Canada.
