I am currently applying for PR under Canadian Experience Class, and I am struggling with 2 issues for the past month:
1. Before I received ITA, I mentioned that I have a relative(aunt) who holds a Canadian citizenship in Canada. However, the system is asking me for Proof of Relationship for PR application. Is it okay if I remove her from the application even after ITA? I am not claiming any points for having a relative in Canada.
2. I switched to a new company after working at a previous company for a little less than 2 years, and the current company considers 37.5 hours per week as full-time permanent. However, before I received ITA, I stated that I work 40 hours per week as I simply assumed that I would be working 40 hours. Would this be a problem since there is a difference in hours although CIC considers min 30 hours as full-time?
