any more comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have done my medical on March 03,2015. I have received email from CIC requesting for My and my spouse Passport copies. I was surprised that they must ask me to submit original passport for landing sticker. But my lawyer said that CIC do not put a record of Landing in the passport anymore. CIC send us PR card. I am not sure about the changes in rules. If any one can tell me about this.

Depends on your country of citizenship. If you are from a visa-exempt country, you don't get a stamp in the passport (you don't need it).

My application took 10 1/2 months to process up to decision made, just waiting on the COPR letter now (UK citizen).
Everyones case is different though,a guy I work with applied 6 weeks before me and hasn't even had MR yet, another 2 guys applied a week after I did, they have not had MR yet either, one of them is a single guy,the other 2 have families like I do.

It really just takes as long as it takes!

It actually says: The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
So not really the timeline.

I believe it starts from the day they receive your file.
