CEC processing time after 6 months

I got my ITA on January 11, 2017. I applied for PR under CEC on February 4, 2017. So after that i got RCMP fingerprints request on April 10, 2017 which i uploaded on my account on April 18, 2017. Since than i am waiting for my Passport request. It is almost 6 months now after i applied. Can any body help me what time period do they gave the results of my file or so i have to inquire.

Yes my background check started before 2.5 months ago... now on my profile showing eligibility check and background check, medical check passed

Then you should receive something really soon I reckon. You could spend few dollars to order GCMS notes, which takes 1 month to arrive. And meanwhile just wait until mid august, something should come up.
