Hi Guys
Suddenly , Due to new NOC B Cap rules of 200 for each NOC Code I am in delimma.
Please help me.
I am married and want to apply PR but my wife have been to US , she would require FBI clearance which usually take around 2 months. I want to apply together , first cap might reach soon as all eligible folks will be eager to apply ASAP and If the moment CIC starts processing my application along with my wife there is an possibility I might not have her FBI clearance.
I don't want to loose the chance and I am ready with my docs only.
Should i proceed with my PR filing or Do I wait for my wife US PCC and other formalities to be done.
If I am not filing PR of my wife I am not sure there is one column where I have to specify where why dependent is not accompanying ?? What shall I put there ???
Would need valuable suggestions so that I can avoid this dilemma .Shall I proceed with my alone or along with my wife?
Thanks in advance.
