CEC - PNP - Any advice??

Hi Guys,

Can someone help me out with this whole CEC and PNP process?

I will have enough work experience by June the 18th 2016 and qualify for 422 points, I will be applying for residency in ontario.

Now my two questions,

1. Is there a limit of CEC applications through express entry? Ie are they going to run out in july, august, or do they have a set amount every months up until December?
2. What's the deal with this pnp situation, I saw somewhere I need 2 years of experience working in Canada to be accepted? But then I als saw that they will someone's pick people with over 400 at random?

No. But OINP does have annual quotas.

Not sure where you saw 2 years. OINP has multiple streams, including 2 express entry streams (and several non-express entry). The Human Capital Priorities Stream is the one where people who indicate an interest in settling in Ontario may receive an invitation to apply if their score is above 400.
