CEC or FSW?

Hi All,

My sister is completing her masters in University of Windsor in 2 months. She already has 3 transcripts. She is taking IELTS on June 13th. She has 4 years Indian IT experience.

Now, I have a question , if I create a profile for her - would she qualify for FSW or CEC? What are her options?

If she has 1 year (or more) of work experience in canada, then she qualifies for CEC

Her husband is here on a open work permit and he is working for a company for the past 1+ years . Does that count?

That counts but you must put him as the main applicant and see how much he scores with his canadian work experience and and previous education he obtained.
