I will not be in Canada after 15th Jan, so if my application is returned due to cap issues after 15th Jan, I will not be able to apply through EE. Can I apply through EE if I am outside of Canada?

yes, why not? Lots of people will apply from outside Canada.

There's been a lot of information posted recently about EE:

you can't apply EE ? or else ? why they return then you can't ?
go back to india means go back and lost job or else ?
if lost job, you should apply now CEC ,

if you didn't loss, you can come back try EE if you are confident with your point .

Actually I work for Indian software company who deputed me in Canada for some period of time. Now they have asked me to join their Indian office in mid of Jan.
Since there is concern over Cap, I think there are chances that my application will be returned without looking into it if I apply through CEC. However, if I apply after 1st Jan through EE, there are chances that my application will be atleast considered or will be under process.

This CAP informaation has created dilemma. How many days CIC takes to return the application if CAP is reached? Any idea?

in this way, apply CEC now would be your best choice, if you know EE , which have a point system . and total points is 1200, but if you have job offer they defined in CA you get 600 points.

so you have no job in CA in 2015 , then you almost lose 600 points, which make you get very low chance to be invited.

or I can say, brutally , current CEC is your last chance . very sorry for it.

Hi I completed 1 year of my field experience. Also i completed all my documentation needed for P.R under current rule.

Should i apply under current rule or under express entry rule starting from january 2015

I am almost ready to apply for P.R. under current rule. Got confused with recent update of express entry.

I feel current rule sounds better.. Any opinions plzzz

apply now, go to canada post , mail it now .

EE is only good for someone whose condition is very very good. e.g a permanent job with LMIA

we don't know. You can try, but if the cap has been reached, it will be returned to you. You can apply under EE then...
