CEC medical history

Hello,
Wonder if there are any CEC applicants out there who have been to the drs/hospital in Canada and had their medical results? I mean, we sign a waiver asking if CIC can have access to medical history in Canada. Does anyone know if they search for you?

I am FSW and signed a waiver granting access to CIC. The clinic sent me a copy of the report via email.

Does anyone know if Regional Medical Officers (London in my case) are Drs? I know that the visa officers aren't and they go by what the RMO says pass or fail.

If the RMO is a Dr, how much are they bound by patient/Dr confidentiality Vs immigration disclosure...
