CEC ITA received before completing a year

Hi All,

I have 2 weeks more to complete a year of experience in Canada. But I received ITA today under CEC and have 60 days to submit it. Should I accept it or decline it? Are the criteria checked at the time of receiving ITA or submitting the documents? I know this is been discussed so many times in the forum. Still, I am not able to find answers to this. Please guide me on this.

"Ministerial Instructions created under the authority of section A10.3(1)(e) list the MEC for Express Entry. Applicants must meet the MEC to be accepted into the Express Entry pool and must also meet the MEC when they are issued an ITA and when they submit their e-APR. "

You´re welcome. My suggestion would be to decline, your application will go back into the pool, and presumably you will get another invitation in a couple of weeks, when you are eligible. Good luck!
