CEC ITA received before completing 1 year work experience

Hello All...I got my invitation in june 25 round as the system automatically made my profile eligible for CEC class. I started work in July 31 2019. Since in express entry only month and year of start is required, the system took me as CEC eligible in June month itself.
1) Is this ok. When can I submit my documents? Can I do it on July 31,2020?
2) Also, I was on vacation for 2 weeks in between and I got paid so shall I submit on July 31,2020? Or aug 15,2020?
3) I don’t have old pay slips to show 10 year work history...can I show bank statements? Or is there any alternate solution. I can get work reference letter from 2007 till today.

1) No, you are short more than a month of work experience. Whilst I have seen some application approved with a week or two short of 1 year of work experience, I haven't seen any cases approved for more than a month short for the minimum work experience of 1 year. Your profile gets locked at the time that ITA is sent. So, the officer will be able to see that your work experience did not meet the eligibility by FAR. In my opinion, the chance of rejection is way too high. I suggest not to risk your time and effort.
2) As long as you can prove that you were paid in full whilst you were on the vacation, you are fine.
3) You should clarify this with CIC to be honest.

Will you get any points for your 10 years of old work history? If not, you can remove these from your work history and can mention it later in personal history.

What anotherone11 said is right, You only need to provide proof/paystubs/documentation of work history you are claiming points for. The rest can be documented under personal history.
