Hi,
I got an ITA during my 11-month but I am unaware that I have to wait to reach the 12-month before submitting my application. Unfortunately, I have submitted it. I have thought that I already reached the 1560 hours since my score increased already in the same way it lowers my score right after I had my birthday. What options should I do to explain that I should have waited for another month before submitting? Is there any way I could do to convince the IRCC that I am still continually working in the company? I hope IRCC should modify on how the system calculates the working hours. It's been years in this kind of setup and too stressful on both sides. Please advise me I really need it.

You need to withdraw your application since you didn't have 12 months of work experience at the time you submitted your application and the application is going to be refused. After you withdraw, re-enter the Express Entry pool and wait for ITA again, then resubmit your application.

There are no options to explain the situation. You must have the 12 months of work experience at the time you submit the application.
