CEC Invited, POF required, if mentioned in Pre ITA?

Dear Members,

Just a quick question to clarify a doubt, I have showed surplus amount of fund in my pre ITA application. Now, I am invited under CEC (I am aware that CEC applicants do not need to show POF). But since I mentioned pre ITA, do I have include financial statements?

No, simply upload a letter saying that you've been invited under the CEC program and thus, no POF are required.
