Hello Dear Forum members,
Due to my age problem, i have to utilize my more-than-3-years foreign work experience in an application (CEC) which will come in late August, 2019. And i do have those foreign work experience, with two jobs.

The problem is that i am not sure, first, if the two jobs are slightly different or say, under different NOCs (one is more than two years the other is more than one year) do they count 3 years or more?

Second, i don't know which NOCs should i choose. Basically i was in the project management section, one is with the Client/Owner side, the other is with the Contractor side. However i was not a project manager yet, not having that rank that time. And what i did is much more than coordination. Both are comprehensive roles involving many activities.

Allow me to expand a little bit more.
2010.03 -- 2012.06, Job title, Mechanical & Electrical Installation Engineer (Owner side).
Mainly contributed to a furniture manufacturing plant's relocation project:

· Cooperated with the design company to design mechanical & electrical systems and some buildings such as chiller rooms and bicycle shed. Assisted with the completion of as-built drawings.

· Assisted the superiors in organizing and managing the installation, modification, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, e.g., lighting system, air-conditioning system, compressed air system, wood dust collecting system, power substation, and fire fighting system.

· Supervised and inspected the installation works and some civil, building, and decoration works on a regular basis to ensure progress and quality.

· Provided opinions with regard to conflicts/problems on site and cooperated with related teams to solve these problems.

· Investigated the causes of some system malfunctions and unexpected maintenance problems as well as coordinated with related parties in troubleshooting.

· Provided technical support to purchasing department and various production units, etc.

· Sorted various documents; performed other tasks as required.

2012.09-2014.04 (more or less), Project Supervisor (Contractor side).
Mainly dealing with HVAC system:

· Compiled various documents such as technical protocols, budgeting forms, purchasing lists, and progress reports.

· Interpreted construction drawings and communicated with design companies to correct errors or solve site conflicts.

· Allocated manpower and equipment/instrument resources; assembled meetings and trainings.

· Coordinated with electrical engineers to make installation schedules; organized and supervised the installation and participated in the commissioning of the central air conditioning systems of clients’ plants.

· Coordinated with clients and other contractors.

There may be other duties i temporarily forgot, but basically you can see what i did before i came to Canada for further study in late August in 2014.
I studied a MBA program and an engineering designing program (diploma) afterwards, and currently i've worked 9 months as a junior structural designer (whose NOC is easy to find).

Please, members, any feedback will be much appreciated, thank you!
