CEC forms Question

Hi Guys:

Just a quick question here. When filling the forms, do I HAVE TO fill the form on the PDF file directly? Or i can printed off can fill it by using a pen?

It does not matter whether you fill online or by hand. In fact some of the forms have to be filled by hand..... to be on safe side use pen with black ink

You don't have to, but it's recommended as it is easier to read for the VO. Less chance
of mistakes on his/her side, as your application will be returned if the VO can't read it.
