cec file rejected because cic did not received my PCC

First send an email to Ottpilot-Immigration @ CIC.GC.CA and inform them that you now have the PCC. They'll respond with mailing instructions.

Usually they ask you to send the Original PCC to following Address.

Hi,

I have applied my application without PCC and now I have got my PCCs ready to submit.. Shall I send my PCCs to CPP-Ottawa now ? As I read PCC should not be 3 months old and when I will get request from CPP - Ottawa asking to submit my PCC by that time my PCCs will be older than 3 months and I need to get all my PCCs again. Pls advise what shall I do.

What if I just received a AOR. Will there be an officer assigned to my file ?

There will not be any officer for new applications. However, just put the below address. It will catch some "attention" when it is delivered at the CPP-Ottawa office Just so that it gets attached to your file.
