Hello, I always thought I needed to have met the MEC (that is completed 1 year of Canadian work experience) before creating my profile. However, I have been seeing several persons who received ITA before completing this 1 year requirement. Like by a few days or weeks off, of course.
I started working September 30th 2019 and will officially complete my one year Canadian experience on September 28th 2020.
So my question is: can I create my profile today just to be in the pool?
