CEC Express entry processing from outside of Canada

Hi people,
I have applied PR under CEC, currently I'm working in a B level job where I have gained nearly 1.3 yrs work experience. I have a doubt whether can we process PR CEC express entry while being in India. I'm planning to temporarily move out of Canada and stay in India for a while. so, can I process CEC express entry from there? My CRS Score is 431.

Yes, your application can be processed while you are outside of Canada.
