Right now applicants are receiving the AOR ( Acknowledgement of Receipt ) after about 53 days.
However, receiving the AOR doesn't mean your application will be approved, not at all. All it means is,
that your application package is complete and all documents are signed and dated correctly.
By that time you haven't passed eligibility stage or background and criminal checks yet.
So no, the statement is false.
