I created my EE CEC (I understand there is no separate CEC profile but anyways.) profile on 5/1.

I got a letter saying that I don't meet the minimum eligibility criteria.

I am very confused since when I calculate my scores it comes to 456.

After receiving that letter, I looked at this link

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s/language-requirements/language-testing.html

My occupation is NOC B level and I realized that there is a separate table for CEC ielts scores.

My IELTS scores that I took last month are:

speaking : 7
writing : 6
listening : 7
reading : 7

I still can't figure out which minimum criteria I am not meeting even to stay in the pool.

Any ideas?

Thank you for trying best to answer my question.

So my scores for all four areas are over CLB 5, what do you mean by 67 criteria?

The 67 criteria is immaterial since that's for FSW and not CEC.

CEC Requirements are

1. Work ex - NOC 0,A,B
2. 1 year of work ex in the past 3 years
3. Language - CLB 5 for NOC B, CLB 7 for NOC 0, A

Are you sure you have enough work experience?

Did you get your work experience while you were a full-time student as part of a co-op or internship or something like that?

You have to put ur Candian work experience under work experience history. It happened to me. Problem is not ur language. It is ur work experience
