It really depends. The cut off is determined by the system. Normally, every 2 weeks there will be a draw, as you can see from the above link. last time was 7th Jan, so next time will be 21st Jan

• Usually every other week.
• It varies every time, so you have to wait and see each time (usually 450+).
• You wait and see until IRCC posts a notice of a draw. They're published here.
