CEC, do we need to submit spousal degree even if i don't claim any points?

I have included my spousal application while my PR is in process (CEC). Also, I have submitted docs such as Birth Certificate, Marriage certificate, PCC, Medical, Passport. The question I have is, Do we need to include spousal Degree certificate. just because i filled education details in imm0008? Currently, I don't have spousal degree in hand.. Is that okay if we don't submit? since they haven't asked for that or not claimed any points? thanks.. Help will be appreciated..
