hi friends i came to canada nov 25 2012 this year i finish my one year.so i decide to apply for my PR on dec 2013.but one o my friend said apply in jan 2014 because dec is like year end so it's take longer time.please advice to me should i apply in dec 2013 or jan 2014.thanks

Doesn't matter the date that you arrived in Canada. What matters is the date you started working in a full-time, skilled occupation - ?

Doesn't matter at all. It will take a long time anyway. So apply as soon as you become eligible.
