CEC - Canadian work experience can be combined with foreign experience ?

  1. Can I combine the work experience in Canada (not continuous, has gaps but amounts to 30hrs/week) and 3 years of foreign work experience in India and apply for PR?
  2. If answer to Qn.1 is yes, then it shall fall under which Program? FSWP or CEC?

Posted same question. Read CEC requirements. Give no information on how much experience (Canadian and foreign you have) so read IRCC site.
