CEC better than FSW? Approach with OINP

Hi,

I saw couple of posts where individuals are declining FSW ITAs & modifying profile to be fit only for CEC? Will it give any benefit?

I will be submitting a new profile next week & will be eligible for CEC & FSW with score between 436 to 447. I am then planning to apply for OINP (hoping that I'll be invited). What approach will be best for me?

If you can prove all your work experience and you have the funds, just go ahead and apply under FSW. There is no benefit in applying under CEC except for those two points.

And probably speedy processing (in comparison to FSWP).
