CEC - Bachelor Diploma/Graduation Certificate needed?

I am wondering if I need to attach my Bachelor Graduation Diploma/Certificate/Official Transcript from the University for my CEC application. I don't seem to see such requirement on the check-list but would love to confirm with you guys!

I graduated from the school back in 2012 and have since worked for almost 14 months full-time.
